We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 27 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
How do I make a return
Returns are simple and easy. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to the address on the top left of your invoice and marking in the ’tick’ box at the bottom of the invoice ‘Refund‘, your invoice will be on the front of your parcel and please don’t forget to enclose your invoice with your returning parcel. In the event you cannot find your invoice, please enclose the following information with your returning product:

By post only - returns are sent at your own cost.
Returns on orders with spilt payment will have the Gift Card credited first, with the remaining balance being credited to the debit/credit card used at the time of purchase.
Returning goods bought as special offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for ?20.00') you will be refunded the discounted price of that item. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
Returning goods which are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose
Please return the goods back to us including details where possible of:
> Details of the fault
> Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement
We advise that you send items back via registered post
As soon as we receive the returned goods they will be examined and we will notify you by email of a refund as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) working days. Goods deemed as faulty will be refunded in full or exchanged if an exchange is available.
Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.
